  • Host information: business name, address, tax identification numbers, bank account information (handled by Stripe), and other details required for ticketing.
  • Communications: messages you send to us via support requests, email, or contact forms.
  • Event content: descriptions, photos, and other content you upload as a Host.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, analyze site usage, and measure marketing effectiveness.

2.3 Information From Third Parties

  • Identity verification information from Stripe when you onboard as a Host (for KYC and anti-fraud purposes);
  • Information from analytics and advertising providers;
  • Information from social media platforms if you connect or share via those services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Services, including processing Ticket purchases, delivering Tickets, and supporting Hosts;
  • Communicate with you about your account, purchases, Events, and updates;
  • Send you marketing communications (you may opt out at any time);
  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms;
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • Improve and develop the Services through analytics and product research.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). When you make a purchase, your payment card information is sent directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. How We Share Information

5.1 With Hosts

When you purchase a Ticket, we share your name, email address, and Ticket details with the Host so they can fulfill the Event and contact you about changes.

5.2 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing and identity verification);
  • Resend (transactional email delivery);
  • Mailchimp (marketing email, only with your consent);
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • Analytics and customer-support tools.

These providers are bound by contract and may only use your information to provide services to us.

5.3 For Legal Reasons

We may share information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from law enforcement, protect our rights and the rights of others, or investigate fraud or security incidents.

5.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We may share information for other purposes with your consent.
